“A self-identified storyteller, I revel in hearing clients’ stories and aspirations and doing my part to help them achieve their dreams. Life, to me, is about dreaming bigger, living better, and doing what you can to give back (in other words, planning, enjoying, and sharing). We’re dream weavers here.”

Jackie joined Augustine Financial shortly after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alverno College in 2017. She connects with our clients through managing our social media accounts and optimizing our overall virtual visibility. Jackie uses her impeccable communication skills to greet clients; draft informational guides and manuals; take transcripts during meetings; and help in our marketing, party planning, and writing efforts whenever possible. Jackie holds her FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 securities registrations and is committed to a lifestyle of learning.

When people ask her what she does, Jackie loves to tell them about her dad and Augustine Financial founder, John. She says there’s the baseline stuff: that he’s a knowledgeable and dedicated independent financial advisor, but there are deeper things – he genuinely cares about his clients’ wellbeing and he’s great at what he does. (Clients can think of him as a “financial therapist,” and Jackie sees this as an apt description.) She explains that John reminds her of Will Smith’s character Chris Gardner in the movie The Pursuit of Happyness, the premise being that true, abiding happiness lies in the journey forward and towards, and not in any one result. She likes to point out that her dad Pursuit of Happyness-ed his way from inner-city pastor to a sales agent to a leading agent in a company to the founder of his own company all in a matter of a few years. She is grateful to work with her parents and her husband Dan, and continues to focus on helping our clients achieve dreams that are as purposeful in their audacity as they are in their intention.

Jackie and Dan were married in 2020 and reside in Elm Grove. Jackie is active in the Village’s Junior Guild and appreciates the camaraderie and charitable components of the organization. She also has a fondness for the arts. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys listening to music (ask her about the latest Broadway musical if you really want to excite her), taking classes in dance and yoga, reading, writing, and all forms of travel.
