Operations and Office Manager
Jenny oversees the running of the office. She is a registered assistant and works closely with advisors, staff, and clients, specializing in risk management. She follows the life, health, disability, and long-term care cases and oversees compliance and human resources in the office. Jenny has a master's in social work from Hunter College in New York and worked as a social worker in New York and New Jersey prior to moving to Wisconsin. She has her life and health insurance licenses and securities registrations and has worked with John in their business since 1995.
Jenny enjoys working in the office with such a great staff, and, when not at work, spending time with family, friends, and groups she is involved with. She and John have three adult children, and they look forward to exploring places near and far in the future.
Bill has been in the financial services industry for 25 years and is an independent consultant with Augustine Financial in Brookfield, WI. He started his career in 1994 as a financial advisor with Fortis Investors in Downers Grove, IL. Bill also spent time at Nuveen Investments and Deutsche Asset Management (formerly Kemper Funds and Scudder Investments) in downtown Chicago.
Throughout his career, he has concentrated on various investment strategies, including mutual funds, variable annuities, 401(k)s, structured products, and REITs. Bill’s passion is helping clients plan for their future to help them achieve their life goals and dreams. He believes in holistic financial planning and creating a comprehensive, specialized plan for each client.
Bill and his wife, Lisa, moved to Muskego, WI, in 2003 and have been married since 1995. His son Matt is attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His two daughters Katie and Olivia are at Muskego High School. In his spare time, Bill enjoys playing golf, racquetball, and spending time with his friends and family.
Austin brings a fresh perspective to our team. He began his career with LPL Financial in June 2017. He was a part of the pilot LPL Junior Advisor Program that provided intensive training and education. During that time, he obtained his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. He enjoys helping clients achieve their life goals by creating a detailed financial plan and acting as a continuous resource every step of the way. He is dedicated to daily learning and understands that it is a lifelong process.
Austin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor's of business degree in 2017. He received cum laude honors while majoring in finance. Austin was a pitcher for the Whitewater baseball team from 2013 to 2017. During that time, he was a member of two College World Series appearances and a member of the 2014 National Championship Team.
Austin, a Wisconsin native, grew up in an entrepreneurial family and was born and raised in Oconomowoc. He is a passionate Wisconsin sports fan and attends as many games as he can. He enjoys playing baseball and golf, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
Client Account Manager
Erin joined Augustine Financial in March 2005. She has a degree in accounting and previously worked for a small company doing accounting, designing, and engraving plaques.
Erin assists the advisors in all aspects of account management. She manages the generation, processing, and follow-up of paperwork and servicing of client accounts. She works closely with companies and clients to ensure timely service delivery. She also assists with technology needs as they arise.
Erin received the staff member of the year award in 2013 while attending the Commonwealth Advanced Topics Symposium.
Erin is married and has three sons. She enjoys watching her boys play sports, four-wheeling up north, and cheering on her Milwaukee Brewers.
Client Services Coordinator
Linda joined Augustine Financial in 2006. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb and worked in the publishing industry prior to her transition to the financial services field. Linda handles the scheduling of client meetings, gathering data, and meeting preparation. She coordinates our client appreciation and educational events, develops client communications, and assists clients with our technology resources. She works with John in developing processes and illustrative materials for our office. She says that the most rewarding part of her job is interacting with our clients.
Linda and her husband, Jim are officially 'empty nesters' who've recently become grandparents! In addition to spending time with her grandson, she enjoys golf, food, travel, and volunteer work.
Hospitality and Communications Specialist
Jackie joined Augustine Financial in June 2017, shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree in integrated studies from Alverno College. A “millennial,” Jackie appeals to her peers through the management of social media accounts and optimizing overall virtual visibility. She employs her skills in communication by greeting clients, drafting informational guides/manuals, notetaking during meetings, and writing the monthly newsletter.
Jackie has a fondness for the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys reading French literature, listening to music (ask her about the latest Broadway musical if you really want to excite her), writing, and dancing.
